Skill Set Required:

Job Role & responsibility:

• Plan the release cycle for one or more projects
• Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations
• Coordinate with the Tech Lead/PM and the Business team
• Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
• Produce Deployment and Implementation Plans
• Lead and co-ordinate deployment on all Non Prod environment
• Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
• Weekly Release Reporting
• Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
• Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities
• Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists

Job Role & Responsibility:

• Technical /Project Lead for a team of 8-10 people
• Analysis and design of project and providing technical leadership through the subsequent stages.
• Should have understanding, at an overall level, of the entire system under development at any given time, its business usage, technical architecture, performance and functionality related issues.
• As part of technical leadership, the incumbent will resolve issues and perform reviews for the work products created by the project and assist in first level team management

Job Role & Responsibility:

• Overall management and implementation of complex and/or larger multifaceted projects/platform/product
• Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling multiple projects using proven methods and techniques.
• Participates in all client meetings and is especially involved in start-up and closure meetings
• Perform high-level assessment of the business, functional, technical, and non-technical requirements of the project.
• Create the project charter document and ensure strategic project alignment to business objectives.
• Prepare a detailed project plan/work breakdown structure that includes functional and activity decomposition matrix for all new projects and key milestones for each phase of the SDLC.
• Coordinate with management in introducing new processes/standards or improving the existing ones.
• Co-ordinate with functional/BA’s/client for requirements and status updates of the project.

Skill Set Required:

• Proficient understanding of IP networking: Cisco, TCP/IP, Window Server, Network Security, Cloud Servers that includes technical and functional understanding of network security, VOIP, WAN, LAN, and internet routing and switching protocols, wireless and VPN capabilities.
• Demonstrated Data Center/Server Room build out experience (Power, Network, Cooling, etc...)

Job Role & Responsibility:

• Own the scoping, architecture and design of new infrastructure for the project.
• Responsible for setting up high availability infrastructure and monitoring it
• Responsible for setting / managing / monitoring load balancer, firewalls, routers, etc. on the production environment
• Be responsible for server, storage, network, security and monitoring hardware, software and services ensuring they are optimized for availability, stability, integrity, performance and scalability.
• Architect, monitor, and maintain Active Directory related services, File Services, Server Infrastructure, WAN/LAN/WLAN supporting business-critical systems.
• Provide support to, manage, and train team in IT Infrastructure administration and usage.
• Define, implement, test, and maintain data back-up protocols to ensure availability.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and transparency of all aspects of infrastructure elements.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure stability (KPI's).
• Support Deployment on production environment
• Troubleshoot and quickly resolve network issues.
• Be accountable for measuring and optimizing application and infrastructure performance, and to initiate and lead recovery actions after system failures.

• Experience on J2EE design patterns and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Struts, etc.
• Experience on integration with Banks and Payment Portals
• Experience on Integration with third party software / other ERPs(SAP/Oracle Apps/ Microsoft Dyamics/etc.)
• Performance tuning experience (J2EE app server, Oracle, DB2, MSSQL)
• Experience on designing and defining security features for the application
• Familiarity with network design and routing
• Familiarity UX and UI Designing. Define requirements and review deliverables from the UX team
• Strong status reporting and management of expectations.
• Experience on NoSQL, Hadoop and other similar open source is an added advantage.
